When you use Agilish AI products ("Services"), we collect:
Our AI agents process your company data to perform tasks you authorize (market research, content creation, code generation, email outreach). Agent outputs are stored in your company account and visible only to you and authorized team members. We do not use your company data, or data obtained from connected platforms, to train AI models.
Agilish lets you connect social media accounts so we can, at your direction, publish the videos and posts you create in Agilish to your own accounts and read back their performance. We only ever access your own account data, only for the platforms you choose to connect, and only using the scopes you grant. You can disconnect any account at any time (see Section 6), which stops all further access.
When you connect YouTube, we request the scopes needed to read your channel/video analytics (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) and, if you enable publishing, to upload videos to your channel (youtube.upload). We use this access solely to (a) upload videos you create and approve in Agilish to your own YouTube channel, and (b) show you their public performance metrics.
Limited Use disclosure. Agilish's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google/YouTube user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, for security, or to comply with law.
Your use of Agilish's YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke Agilish's access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings.
When you connect TikTok, we request scopes to read your basic profile and video list (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list) and, if you enable publishing, to upload and post videos (video.upload, video.publish). We use this only to publish videos you approve to your own TikTok account (with the privacy level you choose) and to display their metrics. Your use is subject to TikTok's applicable developer and user terms.
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, or Threads, we request scopes to read your content and insights and, where you enable it, to publish posts/Reels/videos to your own accounts. We use this only to publish content you approve and to read back post performance. You can remove Agilish from your Meta accounts in your Facebook/Instagram app settings. See our data deletion instructions below.
The same principles apply to any other account you connect (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter): we access only your own data, only with scopes you grant, only to operate features you use, and you can disconnect at any time.
We do not sell your personal information or the data we obtain from connected platforms. We share data only with:

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest. Session cookies are HTTP-only with IP fingerprint binding. We conduct regular security reviews of our codebase.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
